1. Cancellation Charges
Refunds on cancellation are calculated based on how many days before your check-in the cancellation request is received:
7 Days or more before Check-in
Minus a 5% processing fee.
3 to 6 Days before Check-in
Of the booking amount.
Less than 72 Hours before Check-in
Cancellation requests after this window are not eligible.
2. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Bank Transfer / UPI) within 5–7 working days from the date the cancellation is confirmed.

3. Force Majeure
In case of natural calamities (cyclones) or government lockdowns preventing travel to Puri, we offer:
- A full refund of the booking amount, or
- A free date change for a future booking — whichever you prefer.
